They were very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive when contacting them. They answered all our questions when we were booking from home.
They even sent a taxi to pick us up on the day of our tour, and walked us to the pier to ensure we met our guide and were with the correct group. We were very impressed and happy, and would definitely book with them again. Thank you!

Oh, when snorkelling the guide took video of the hammerhead sharks that we saw, and even shared the videos with us! That was so great as we didn’t have any underwater cameras. So we have these amazing memories to look back on now! Such a great little extra that is really appreciated!!

Y nos sentimos muy decepcionados porque en Galapagos Xcursion por el mismo valor nos dieron un servicio VIP. Billy el chico de la agencia nos asesoró fantásticamente sobre el tour 360• y el tour a la Isla Española ideal para el avistamiento de aves que fue por el cual nos decidimos también con información sobre los otros sitios turísticos e información de las otras Islas. Desde los trajes para el agua eran nuevos, el acompañamiento del guía excelente, el barco super limpio y cuidado tenia WiFi snacks y bebidas todo el viaje. La comida que sirvieron se sentía super fresca y deliciosa. Me tomé el tiempo de escribir este mensaje para que más gente disfrute de este fantástico servicio.
